Emergency Appointments

These appointments are scheduled each day with all GPs and Nurses. They can only be requested on the day, for emergency treatment. They are not for any ongoing conditions or non-medical requests, such as Fit for Work Certificates. You will be asked the nature of the emergency as each appointment is only for 10 minutes and our GPs and Nurses are better able to help you in a timely manner if they have an indication of the emergency condition your are attending with. We cannot offer you an appointment if you fail disclose the nature of the emergency—the Duty Doctor will call you to establish if you need to be seen. You will be seen as each GP becomes available so specific GPs cannot be requested for these appointments.
