There will be times when we have to contact you by telephone.  To enable us to get through to those of you who have calls filtered or screened to avoid nuisance calls, we use an 0800 number that displays on your handset - if you have this facility.

If an 0800 number ending in 3393 appears we would appreciate it if you could take our call.
