Appointments

All consultations are by appointment. Please telephone 01397 702947 after 8.00am, or call in. Please remember that the appointment is for you, not for several people at a time.

Please be aware that reception staff are trained to ask Patients questions at the request of the Doctors of the Practice. This is to ensure you are given the most appropriate care by the most appropriate health professional at the most appropriate time. All information given to reception staff is treated in the strictest confidence.

Separate appointments should be made for family members.

If the appointment is urgent – please advise the receptionist. We will always try to accommodate acute cases at the end of each surgery.

The Receptionists will always try to give you an appointment for the Doctor of your choice, if available, within 48 hours

If you are unable to attend for your appointment, please let us know in plenty of time so that we can offer it to somebody else. We always have a demand for appointments.
