They will ask you for:-

Date of Birth

Current Location

Brief description of problem

They will arrange for the nearest clinical person (doctor or nurse) to phone you within an hour and arrange the best response. 

Lines are open 6.00pm - 8.00am Monday to Thursday and 6.00pm Friday to 8.00am Monday.  At other times please phone us here at the surgery on 01397 702947.
